My impending graduation means saying goodbye to many familiar things, including ASU, whose presence in the form of weekly meetings had become one of the defining rituals of my college career. Inspired by today’s gorgeous weather, my fellow board members and I headed to the lakefront and indulged on great food, funny conversation, and general silliness. For the first time, we were not trying to plan out a 2000-people event or panicking about last minute marketing crises, instead simply hanging out as friends . We made fun of each other, took a million jumping photos, and laughed the entire time. Come to think of it, it is precisely times like these that make it so difficult to leave student life, and the people I’ve grown to know and cherish.
